Do you accept refunds?

 

We do not accept refunds. However, in exceptional cases, we may review refund requests at our discretion.

 

Can I exchange an item?

 

Yes! You have 48 Hours to request an exchange. Just make sure the item is unworn, with tags, and in its original condition

 

 

How do I exchange my order?

Damages or issues with your order?

 

Please inspect your items upon delivery and contact us immediately if anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We’ll sort it out as quickly as possible.

 

Does exchanging cost anything?

 

If the exchange is not due to an error on our part, the customer will cover the shipping cost.
If we made a mistake (e.g., wrong or defective item), we’ll handle all shipping fees.

 

For European Union customers – 14-day cooling-off period:

 

If you're located in the EU, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, no questions asked.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Once approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
Returns sent without prior request will not be accepted.

 

How can I track my return parcel?

Once your return is processed, you'll receive an Airway Bill (AWB) number via email.
You can also track it anytime under My Account > Order Details.
